These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which Go tell the bees (“we/us”) makes available to you, theevent organiser, any of our services. By paying the booking fee to secure your wedding flowers with Go tell the bees you agree to the following terms andconditions.

1. Go tell the bees Products and Services

1.1 As flowers are a natural product, all Go tell the bees products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we may need to substitutea previously agreed component with a design of equivalent value and quality without notice. This includes specific flowers/plants and sundries that may notbe available. As flowers and plant material are natural products colours may differ/be unavailable to those agreed but we will always make every effort tosource products according to your specification.

1.2 In the event that Go tell the bees are unable to supply the agreed product or service we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shallreimburse your payment in full. See 6.1.

1.3 We do not charge for initial consultations or contact by phone or email at any point up to your wedding date.

2. Prices and payment

2.1 The quotation issued for your wedding flowers covers supply, delivery and set-up if applicable, and will remain valid for at least 14 days from the datesent.

2.2. The final invoice for your wedding flowers will be issued to you after your order has been confirmed. A 50% deposit is payable when confirming yourwedding flower order. Full payment of the outstanding balance for the product or service must be received no less than 4 weeks before the event. Go tellthe bees reserves the right to cancel any wedding flowers, if payment is not made by this date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation forinconvenience caused.

2.3 Once flowers have been confirmed, any subsequent changes made to a wedding order must be submitted in writing by the bride, groom or appointedacting party. Go tell the bees will order your wedding flowers approximately seven days before your wedding date, dependent on type of flowers chosen.We will be happy to accommodate any adjustments to your order, subject to any increased costs being agreed, but will not be able to accommodate anysignificant changes once the order for you wedding has been placed with our suppliers..

3. Delivery and set-up

3.1 Delivery and set-up costs are calculated when preparing your quotation and included as itemised in your quotation where applicable.

3.2 When confirming your order, please ensure that you provide us with full address and telephone details, including accurate postcode of the venue oragreed recipient and your contact telephone number should we need to contact you on the day.

3.3 The flowers will be delivered and/or set up at a time previously agreed between Go tell the bees and you. If for any reason we are not able to meet thedelivery or set up time we will notify you as soon as is feasibly possible.

3.4 Go tell the bees will personally deliver and set up your flowers unless otherwise agreed. Once set up, Go tell the bees accept no responsibility for anydamage caused by you or any third party, including by flames or lit candles.

3.5 Go tell the bees accepts no responsibility for failure to collect, wear or use any arrangements for specific use by the bridal party, i.e. buttonholes orbouquets, once they have been left by our team at the relevant- and pre-agreed- venue.

4. Cancellation of the Go tell the bees products or service

4.1 Cancellation by you of the Go tell the bees products or service must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Any booking fee/deposit paid will benormally be retained by Go tell the bees. As per term 2.2, we must receive full payment 4 weeks before the event. If you cancel your event within this time,we will only be able to refund the amount above the deposit amount (the balance) providing that we have not placed any orders for your event.

5. Complaints about the Go tell the bees product or service

5.1 In the event that you are not satisfied with the Go tell the bees product or service, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance, and within 1working day of the delivery date, to:

5.2 Because of the perishable nature of our products, you will be advised upon delivery how to store/care for your product and we ask that you fulfil this.Usually, the instruction will be to keep the product in a cool place, away from draft, heat or strong fumes and, if a bridal bouquet, in water, tissue paper orgift bag until usage.

6. Disclaimer- Ill health, Acts of God or adverse weather conditions

6.1 We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Go tell the bees Service is fully operational and error-free, however Acts of God, sudden illhealth and adverse weather conditions may affect our ability to deliver the Go tell the bees product or service. In such instances we will remain in contactwith you in the lead up to the event and if possible will ensure a contingency plan is put into place with you. If Rebekah Pugh of Go tell the bees is unable topersonally complete or deliver your event, then this will be completed by a suitably experienced florist, outsourced accordingly. Ultimately, we can accept noresponsibility for Acts of God, sudden ill health, any local or national disturbances or adverse weather conditions, and if we are prevented from providingthe Go tell the bees service or product as agreed, then we can only offer a refund of full monies paid.

7. General

7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions of Go tell the bees product or service from time to time. We will inform you ofany changes to these terms and conditions. Whilst we would ask that you sign and return a copy of these terms and conditions, by paying a bookingfee/deposit you agree to proceed with the booking and are entering into a contract with us, and therefore agree to these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Go tell the bees products or services for any reason at any time.

I, the event organiser, agree to these terms and conditions of service and agree to the costs detailed in the separately supplied quotation.
